WHO AM I?

As a young man I served a number of years pastoring churches in
Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  These churches were all small.
They struggled to pay my salary and had very little money left to hire
people to make repairs on the buildings when they were required.

To help them out I learned to make many of those repairs myself.
Later as those churches grew, we built various buildings and
remodeled others.   It sort of taught me to be a “jack of all trades.”
This became something I truly enjoyed doing.

Several years ago, before Mold became such an issue in homes
and other buildings I had an opportunity to go to work for an
Industrial Hygiene Company in Texas.  I was hired to perform all
their mold investigations in the state of Arkansas.

The past few years I have performed hundreds of mold
investigations in all corners of the state of Arkansas as well as
Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas.

Generally, these are problem homes and the task was  to figure out
what caused the problem and then develop a remedy.  There are
some very unique situations that come along when doing this.

The point is, I have a passion for probing around houses, knowing
all I can about them, knowing how everything works, seeing the
different methods of construction.

Allow me to take my lifetime of experience and go over your current
or next home with you.  I promise you it will be money well spent.

Our full, comprehensive Home Inspection or Mold Assessment will
be an education for you as well as a report on the home's current
condition.

I have a natural inclination and desire to know how things work.  I read more
technical manuals than novels.
I fulfill a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education every year, including
attending the Annual Education Classes taught by the Arkansas Association of
Real Estate Inspectors.
I am a member of the National Association Of Certified Home Inspectors
I have passed the National Home Inspectors Exam, as well as NACHI's annual
exams.
I am an Arkansas Licensed Home Inspector (# 1206)
Inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics adopted by the
Arkansas Home Inspection Board (per Arkansas Law).
I am a member of the American Indoor Air Quality Council.
I am a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association.
I am a member of the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization.
I am certified as a Certified Microbial Consultant by the American Indoor Air
Quality Council (Certifications by the American Indoor Air Quality Council are
possibly the most respected certifications in the industry).
I am certified as a Certified Residential Mold Inspector by the American Indoor Air
Quality Council.
I am certified as a  Certified Microbial Investigator by the American Indoor Air
Quality Council .
I have the most experience in Mold Investigations and testing in NW Arkansas.
I worked full time under the direct supervision of a Certified Industrial Hygienist
for over four years performing mold assessments.
I do inspections full time.
I will climb the roof if roof type, conditions and accessibility permit.
I will crawl through that nasty, dirty, buggy crawlspace (It's amazing what you will
find there.)
I will go into the attic and endure the heat, the insulation, the tricky walking.
I have NO Conflicts of Interest - I do not offer any contracting work, repair or
service for your home, nor do I have any distant relatives to whom I will refer you.
I never stop learning!
